Coca-Cola Chicken Drumettes and Wings
- 1 pack of French Chicken Drumettes and Wings
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 bottle (12oz) cola
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- peanut oil, for frying
Step 1: Put the Chicken out from the freeze, defrost.
Step 2: Add sauce ingredients to medium saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Step 3: Simmer sauce, stirring occasionally, until it’s thick, about 30-40 minutes. Set sauce aside.
Step 4: Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Add chickens to flour and toss them until they are lightly coated.
Step 5: In a large pot, heat oil to 350 Degree F. Frying chickens at 350 degree until they are golden brown and cooked through, 10-12 minutes.
Step 6: Drain chickens on paper towels.
Step 7: Then toss chickens in cola sauce before serve.
