Argentinian Meat experience is an event that offers you a tasting menu that has been handcrafted by the chef ....... in order to bring a unique cusine of Argentinian culture here in Hong Kong—paired together with hand-picked wine pairing and a small master class that will not only bring you joy but as well teach you the essence of the Argentinian culture.
Argentinian Meat Experience offers you to try an Authentic Argentinian Meat 5-course Dinner Menu handcrafted by the Disciple of Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier in Hong Kong, Name Surname.
The 5-course menu will include:
Welcome Drink Prosecco (Test)
Tagliere mozzarella, burrata and cold cuts with Chateau La Coste (Test)
300gr Argentina Ribeye or Argentina Tenderloin with Chianti Riserva (Test)
Tiramisù with Sauternes (Test)

Price per person will ......HKD, which include a 5-course menu, wine pairing and a small master class about meat and wine.

Terms and Conditions
Menu substitutions for any ingredients based on dietary or religious reasons can be accommodated (if 10+ days notice is given). It may be necessary to make small last-minute changes to your menu based on the seasonal availability of particular ingredients, so do let us know at the time of booking if there are any food allergies/ingredients which must be avoided.
Staff and Logistics
Our Gastronomy Consigliere will arrive at the venue prior to the event and arrange everything needed for the event.
De La Valley Ltd. is not responsible for any personal injury occurring on or near the premises. The customer is responsible for the actions and the behaviour of guests; for any loss or damage to property belonging to De La Valley Ltd.; or loss of personal items belonging to the client or guests.
You may cancel the event by giving at least 15 days notice and we will refund your payment in full. If less than 15 days notice is given, postponement of the event can be made within 2 months of the event date, otherwise full charges will be incurred by the customer.
Changes to booking
It is recommended to make your booking for the minimum number of guests you are confident will attend since it is not possible to reduce numbers after booking. Increases in numbers should be confirmed 7 days in advance in order to be guaranteed, but we can normally help to accommodate small increases.
