During the summer of 2013, the passionate pharmacist, Yvan Vindevogel, gets triggered by an article that tells the fascinated story of Gin. He has been a pharmacist for many years and one day he read that article about how Gin used to be used in medecine. He owns his own hotel in Belgium, so it is not surprising that he noticed the rise in Gins popularity all accross Europe.
