De La Valley Delivery System

The De La Valley Delivery system covers the entire territory of Hong Kong.

​

Order Timing:

​

• Hong Kong Island: Place orders before 11:45 PM for earliest delivery the following day.

• Rest of Hong Kong (NT, Kowloon, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay): Place orders before 7:00 PM for earliest delivery the following day.

Delivery Charges:

​

• Free Delivery: For orders above 800 HKD.

• Minimum Delivery Charge:

  • 150 HKD for orders below 800 HKD.

  • Zone B (including Discovery Bay): Minimum order for free shipping is 1000 HKD; otherwise, the charge is 150 HKD.

Pickup Option:

​

• You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Chai Wan to avoid delivery charges.

​

• For Zone A deliveries, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp to arrange any special delivery requests.

• South Lantau: Delivery will be organized via SF Express within 48 hours after receiving your order.
