Healing Starts Here: Embrace Bone Marrow

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 20-25 mins

Total Time: 25-30 mins

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:

  • 250g bone marrow

  • Salt

  • Freshly cracked black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • Optional: toasted bread for serving

Method:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bone marrow in a roasting pan, cut side up. You can soak them in salted water for a couple of hours beforehand to remove any blood, then rinse and dry. Sprinkle the marrow bones with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Roast the bones in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and begins to ooze out. You want it to be warm and slightly bubbling.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and toasted bread. Use the bread to scoop out the marrow and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it for added flavor.

This dish is rich and flavorful, perfect as an appetizer or a side dish. Enjoy your Argentinian bone marrow!
