Hybrid Sturgeon is a hybrid of 7 years old Hybrid Schrenkii and Dauricusis sturgeons. It is especially appreciated for its great value, extremely mild, buttery flavour with a light aftertaste. Characterised by medium grains ranging in colour from dark to light brown. The roe size is 2.8 - 3.0mm.
