Ingredients

  • Flat iron steak
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: garlic, rosemary, or chimichurri sauce for serving

  • Preparation:

    • Take the flat iron steak out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temperature.
    • Pat it dry with paper towels.
